Shane Cormier is a seasoned financial executive with 25 years of leadership experience across Northeast Florida, distinguished by his ability to guide organizations through complex financial, operational, and strategic inflection points. His career spans CFO roles in construction, software and technology, insurance and underwriting, and aerospace—supporting companies from emerging $500K enterprises to multi‑billion‑dollar organizations generating up to $3.9B in revenue.
A licensed Certified Public Accountant in Florida, Shane brings the analytical discipline and ethical rigor of the profession alongside advanced expertise as a member of the AICPA’s Forensic and Valuation Services section. His leadership excellence was recognized in 2016 when he received the Jacksonville Business Journal’s “Ultimate CFO” award, underscoring his impact on regional business growth and financial governance.
Shane’s advisory work extends throughout Florida and across the United States, where he is known for a rare combination of strategic foresight, operational clarity, and practical execution. Brian Chalmers is an accomplished M&A advisory professional with deep expertise in pre‑ and post‑sale readiness, due diligence, transitional leadership, and strategic financial and operational consulting. He brings a strong combination of technical financial acumen and practical deal execution, reinforced by a Private Equity Certification from Wharton Online in partnership with Wall Street Prep.
In addition to his advisory work, Brian serves on the Board of the National Christian Foundation, where he contributes to strategic direction and national‑level philanthropic initiatives. He is committed to helping organizations navigate pivotal financial decisions with clarity, integrity, and long‑term strategic focus.
Outside of his professional leadership, Brian is a devoted husband to Ashley and father to three boys—Will, Gavin, and Caleb—who embody his dedication to excellence both personally and professionally.
